AS GOOD AS IT GETS!

OTIS was founded over 160 years ago and its lift equipment is to be found inside some of the world’s most well known buildings, including the Empire State Building and the Eiffel Tower.

I asked one of their engineers for feedback about Lookout Call and was pleased to hear the following assessment –

“The only problem we have is with occasional mobile signal issues. Apart from that – realistically I’d say Lookout Call is as good as it gets for a lone worker system – I would give it 9/10. We have trialled a GPS solution but in our line of business it’s no use and simply doesn’t work in a lift shaft surrounded by concrete”.               

It’s interesting that we are now receiving a lot of enquiries from organisations which have rejected the latest lone worker functionality – eg : Mandown, Video or GPS.
